These terms describe how Lead Leak Fix, operated by Conversion Path Diagnostics LLC (Mullica Hill, NJ), currently works. By using the site or requesting a check, you agree to them.
The site
The website explains our work and lets you request a free Lead Leak Check. Content on the site is informational. It is not a promise of results for your business.
Free Lead Leak Check
The Lead Leak Check is free and informational. It is how we find leaks. It is not a guarantee of revenue recovery, lead volume, or ranking changes. Findings are based on what we can observe from the public path you point us to. You may decline any further work.
Revenue Systems Call
If the check suggests a fit, we may invite a conversation. That call is not a commitment to buy. A clean decline is fine.
Response Path Fix
Paid fix work is a separate scoped project called Response Path Fix. Founding default pricing starts at $2,500. That figure is a starting point, not a permanent universal price. Scope, timeline, and fee are confirmed in writing before work starts. We do not answer, staff, or outsource your inbound leads as a BDC.
LeakWatch
LeakWatch is optional recurring monitoring, from $300 per month as a founding default. It is not required to receive a check or a fix. Either side can end LeakWatch by email. Charges already incurred stay due.
Deliverables and IP
You can use the findings and deliverables we prepare for your business. We keep our methods, frameworks, templates, scoring approach, and site content. We do not transfer ownership of Lead Leak Fix as a system.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee recovered revenue, more booked jobs, or that a path will never break again. LeakWatch is how we watch for recurrence, not a warranty.
Limitation of liability
We are a small services LLC. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages that we could not reasonably control.
Cancellation
You can stop using the site at any time. You can cancel unpaid follow-up by email. If paid work is underway, we will stop on written request and invoice for work already performed, as agreed in the project scope.
Governing law
New Jersey law governs these terms. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts serving New Jersey, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
