Lead Leak Fix is operated by Conversion Path Diagnostics LLC, headquartered in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, and serving businesses nationwide. This page describes how we handle information in the ordinary course of our current work.
What we collect
When you request a free Lead Leak Check, the form collects your website URL and email address. If you email hello@leadleakfix.com, we receive whatever you choose to send. We do not require a public phone number to request a check.
Why we collect it
We use that information to deliver the Lead Leak Check and to follow up. When the findings suggest a fit, we may invite a Revenue Systems Call to discuss a Response Path Fix or LeakWatch. We do not run a lead-list product.
Who processes form submissions
We use Formspree to receive form submissions. Formspree is a third-party processor. After a submission reaches us, we handle follow-up by email. Formspree's own terms and privacy policy apply to their processing.
What we do not claim
We do not sell lead lists as a product. We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA compliance, CCPA certification, or specific encryption standards on this site. Those would overstate how a small services business currently operates.
How long we keep it
We keep check requests and related correspondence as long as needed to deliver the work, answer follow-up, and keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
Email hello@leadleakfix.com to ask what we have on file or to ask us to stop follow-up. We handle that as a small team, not through an automated portal.
