A Lead Leak is anything between a prospect searching for your business and booking a job that loses that prospect. We sort them into six categories: Contactability, Trust, Conversion, Speed, Visibility, and Follow-Up.
What is a Lead Leak Check?
A Lead Leak Check is the free FIND step: a public review of your contact path, plus a brief optional intake if needed. Within two business days you get six category grades (Strong, At Risk, Leak, or Unknown), up to three observation-supported findings, and practical next steps. It does not include a numerical Lead Leak Score or a revenue estimate. If a fix is warranted, we may invite a Revenue Systems Call.
How is this different from a website audit?
A website audit often grades tags, speed, and design. A Lead Leak Check grades the public contact path across six categories and names up to three supported findings with next steps. It does not submit your forms or place live test calls.
Do you automate the check?
No. A person reviews your public site and public listings. We may ask a brief optional question. We do not run automated scanners as the Check, and we do not promise live form-notification or after-hours phone tests.
How much does it cost?
The Lead Leak Check is free. No credit card. No obligation. There is no free FIX. If the findings warrant it, we may invite a Revenue Systems Call. A Response Path Fix is a separate scoped project, starting at $2,500. LeakWatch monitoring is optional, from $300/month. Those are founding defaults, not a permanent universal price. If there's nothing to fix, we'll tell you that.

Do I have to be in South Jersey?
No. We're headquartered in South Jersey, but a Lead Leak Check works the same way for a contractor in Phoenix as it does for one in Philadelphia. We serve businesses nationwide.
What do I need to provide?
Website and email. Those two fields start the two-business-day clock. No login, no analytics access, no credentials. If we later ask an optional question, it does not delay or restart that clock.
How long does it take?
Within two business days of receiving your website and email. Optional questions do not delay or restart that clock.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. The Lead Leak Check is free and informational. You get grades, up to three supported findings, and next steps. If a Response Path Fix is a fit, we may invite a Revenue Systems Call. If you want to handle it yourself, that is fine.
